Recoura
H—225
Recover the revenue your processor gave up on.
Recoura leads with the outcome you want and names the competition as the problem. Failed payments can be big enough to shut down a startup before it even gets going, so pointing at the dollar cost is more useful here than a headline about churn or retention would be. |
"Gave up on" is a careful choice too. It doesn't accuse the processor of doing nothing, it says the processor tried, stopped, and left the money behind, which is fair and easy to believe if you've watched Stripe retry a card twice and move on. The panel on the right then gives a real example, showing four named accounts with the reason each payment failed and $1,284 already recovered. If your copy is going to name a cause, put something on the page that shows the cause being dealt with. |
